English grown flowers are becoming increasingly popular as people learn more about the world’s flower production, and how many 1000’s of miles there are between the growing field and your purchase.

Flowers are flown from as far afield as Kenya and Columbia, with environmental consequences.

English grown flowers generally are more delicate, more natural for our surroundings, and are in tune with the seasons. They also have scent ! There is nothing better than the smell of freshly picked flowers and foliage on a summers morning.

We have about 1.5 acres of flower production on the farm , with the intention of being able to provide English garden flowers between June and October . Most of our flowers are grown outside, which means that they are not forced. This makes for strong stems and flowers that last a good length of time in the vase.

Our market is the surrounding area, and we are happy for people to come and pick up flowers by arrangement.

We also sell in south Molton pannier market on a Thursday morning between June and October.

We sell buckets of loose flowers direct to you if you want to decorate your own venue for your party or wedding.

We are also happy to support you making your own bouquets and buttonholes in our garden studio (see wedding flower page)

We have a large variety of perennial shrubs including roses and hydrangeas, as well as over 100 annuals that we grow each year.

We try to have flowers across the whole colour palette for as many weeks as possible during the season.

Our flowers are picked in the early morning, and stored in our purpose built cool room where they are conditioned over night ready for collection/delivery.

As a florist I’m always on the look out for fresh local flowers and Radley Cross have them in abundance.Their selection of seasonal blooms and foliage is amazing, and I love coming to the farm to see what else is flowering. High quality and long lasting, I am always inspired by my visits.
Wonderfully tasty pesticide free local veg and beautiful flowers twice a week in South Molton. How lucky we are to have you!
Thank you so much the flowers were amazing. The bride was over the moon with them. They all lasted so well too which was one thing I was worried about with them being garden flowers.
Many many thanks.
I love Penny’s flowers when they are in season from late May through the summer and autumn.A wonderful selection of cottage garden colours and plant varieties, very fresh so they last for ages, some arranged in pretty posies, but others left for selection of your choice, and very good value into the bargain.
They are always available in South Molton pannier market on a Thursday.
As promised here are a few photos of the flower arch.It all went very well. A big thank you for all the lovely flowers.

I have had several bouquets from Radley Cross. They are always stunning, fresh and long lasting, and very good value for money too.
We've given you 5 stars purely based on your Jerusalem artichokes which we bought from you yesterday. They really were to die for! Based on those and your smoked garlic, we will definitely be back again. It's so refreshing to find a fruit and veg provider who grows everything themselves with no pesticides etc. Just what we have been looking for 🙂
